One day, My sister bought a Peking Duck for me at the Chinese restaurant in Calgary. We ate it at home. Peking Duck(Beijing Duck) is traditionally roasted Chinese dish. It be made with plum sauce or a fruit sauce. It has crisp skins and tender meats. Flavor is sweat and fantastic. If you like roasted chickens, you will love it.
